EduCare GP Refresh
What is it?
The GP Refresh weekend is for all SA GPs, including those who recently attended the GP Orientation Weekend. Topics include cardiology, endocrinology, Medical Insurance Group Australia, dermatology, Workcover, Medicare, child protection and mandatory reporting.

15 – 16 May 2010
4 - 5 September 2010

15 – 16 May – Majestic Roof Garden Hotel
4 – 5 September - TBC
Who can attend?
Resident rural South Australian doctors. Places are limited.
Is it registered with RACGP or ACRRM?
The Refresh Weekend is recognised by the RACGP QA & CPD and ACRRM PDP Programs (point allocation is not guaranteed and is subject to review by RACGP and ACRRM).
How much?
The Refresh Weekend is funded by the Rural Doctors Workforce Agency.
Accommodation is provided by the RDWA for the doctor and their spouse for two nights (Friday and Saturday), as well as breakfast. Some costs may be incurred by the doctor for accommodation and breakfast for children.
Doctors can claim their travel through the CPD subsidy.
